Cancellation Policy

If the student requires to cancel a singing lesson they must give 24 hour notice, however if the student cancels less than the cancellation policy of 24 hours, Eloise will charge a cancellation  fee (£10  for a booked  30 minutes lesson) (£18 for an hour booked lesson).

Sickness 

Please make sure you let Eloise know if your unwell for your singing lesson, you must email Eloise at (eloise.sings24@gmail.com)within the 24 hours of your next lesson, this is due for health and safety reasons and to keep other students safe. If you do not inform Eloise of your unavailability due to sickness or you give less than 24 hours notice then you will be charged the cancellation fee (stating above).

Support outside of lessons

Eloise always encourages her students to make sure they get the best experience from their singing lessons, Eloise gives 100% support to all her students to make sure every student is happy. Should the student ever need to ask Eloise any questions please email at eloise.sings24@gmail.com; Eloise will always support and respond to all students within 24 hours.
